Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

1) We trust the items we sell, in fact, we trust it so much we back it up FOREVER. Purchase anything we sell and if you don’t like it – send it back with NO TIME RESTRICTIONS (Item must be in unused condition).

2) To take advantage of the Performance Guarantee you must return the item with all original packaging, invoices, tags and shipping materials.

3) You may request an exchange, in-store credit, or cash for your returned purchase.

4) Items have to be in good condition – they can be used but NOT abused. Items that have wear, discoloration, or damage will not be accepted.

5) The customer is responsible for original and return shipping charges which will be deducted from the refund.

6) We make every effort to send your order in a safe and timely manner. We use only reputable couriers (usually Pakistan Post or TCS). If you receive a package that is damaged, please contact our customer service department immediately, within 24 hours of receipt, as shipping damage claims have a limited submitting time. Unfortunately, since we have no control over your order once it has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays in shipping due to Pakistan Post or TCS. Claims for timely delivery must be taken up with the courier service.

7) Product images and descriptions are a generalized overview of a specific product. We seek to make product images as accurate as possible, but things like colors can vary depending on your device. Please contact us if you have questions about specifics before placing your order.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at support@sanabils.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number,  place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
